Agency: Omnicom Media Job Function: Media Job Subfunction: Client Accountability Job Description: The Head of Accountability, UM/INI UK is a senior leadership position within the agency responsible for supporting, enabling, and maximising value tracking and delivery across our portfolio of clients. The role will require clear and accurate measurement of price and quality commitments across all media. The successful candidate will help define, embed and govern accountability, value measurement, pitch management, and pricing consistency across UM and Initiative UK. This role operates at an agency level across both UM and Initiative, ensuring a consistent approach to value management, audit engagement, new business, and commercial governance. The role has three primary pillars: Agency Accountability Leadership – driving a consistent approach to measurement, audit management and external consultant/auditor engagement. Clearly articulating goals and methodology to agency investment teams and leading issue resolution as an agency support for audit and client meetings Managing value delivery across all clients and in scope media - Creating and managing processes to deliver client cost and quality commitments, delivering data in line with client and internal deadlines, and working with Head of Accountability, OM UK, to ensure best use of value and full PRF Pitch Pricing Governance – overseeing UM/INI pitch pricing submissions to ensure consistency, rigour and alignment with group standards You will work closely with agency leadership, investment teams, central and global accountability counterparts and third-party auditors, acting as the central point of coordination and escalation for all accountability matters across the UM/INITIATIVE UK business.
