You will focus on evaluating systems and software applications to identify defects, errors, or gaps in functionality, confirming they meet specified requirements and perform as expected. Responsibilities - Leading test execution efforts for banking platform transformation projects - Developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies - Managing and coordinating test case generation and execution to validate system functionality - Utilizing automation testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy - Overseeing defect management processes to identify and resolve system issues - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with project goals - Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their testing skills and performance - Analyzing test results to provide actionable insights for system improvements - Confirming compliance with quality assurance best practices and standards - Facilitating communication between stakeholders to address testing challenges and requirements What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Utilizing Agile methodologies for software testing - Managing quality assurance processes in banking technology - Leading automation testing initiatives - Excelling in defect management and fault analysis - Implementing strategic questioning for problem diagnosis - Developing skills in software quality assurance - Embracing change and innovation in testing environments Travel Requirements Up to 40% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
