Job Details: Pay $19.80 Job Description Position: Scaler Rotate among multiple workstations and perform assigned production duties. Transfer raw product from the cooler to the meat dumper using a walk-behind pallet jack or similar equipment. Operate dumper controls and computer systems to transfer product into hoppers. Accurately weigh ingredients according to product specifications. Transfer pre-weighed ingredients into ingredient hoppers for processing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations. Requirements Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing. Basic math skills required for weighing and measuring ingredients accurately. Ability to use simple measuring instruments and follow product specifications. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to continuously lift up to 50 lbs. Good physical condition with the ability to perform constant reaching, pushing, and pulling motions. Willingness and ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Rehire Criteria All applicants must provide their government identification number to verify any previous Tyson employment history.
