Job Description Roles & Responsibilities About Availity Availity is a leading healthcare technology company focused on simplifying healthcare administration and solving real-world challenges for healthcare providers, health plans, and patients. Our technology helps reduce complexity so providers can spend less time navigating administrative systems and more time focused on patient care. About Availity India Availity India is an important part of Availity's global growth journey. Based in Bengaluru, our India teams partner closely with U.S. and global stakeholders across technology, product, operations, customer support, and corporate functions. Our India organization is being built with a strong focus on ownership, learning, collaboration, engineering excellence, and meaningful business impact. Associates in India have the opportunity to solve complex problems, contribute to global initiatives, and support products and services that are part of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. About the Role We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale Availity's India organization. This role will lead hiring for complex, niche, and high-impact positions across Product, Engineering, Platform, Data, Security, and select corporate functions while serving as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders. The successful candidate will combine strong recruiting execution with direct sourcing expertise, market intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence stakeholders. The role will also help elevate recruiting capability across the India Talent Acquisition team through coaching, knowledge sharing, and process excellence. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialized, and business-critical roles across technology, product, and corporate functions. Partner with hiring leaders to translate workforce requirements into practical hiring, sourcing, and assessment strategies. Lead intake discussions, talent calibration, interview planning, debriefs, and offer strategy for assigned searches. Build proactive pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, professional networks, referrals, targeted outreach, and talent communities. Develop talent maps and provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor activity, compensation trends, and hiring risks. Reduce dependency on external agencies by strengthening direct sourcing capability and maintaining high-quality evergreen pipelines. Advise and influence hiring managers using recruiting data, structured assessments, and evidence-based recommendations. Deliver a transparent, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Use Workday and recruiting analytics to maintain process hygiene and monitor time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, and ageing requisitions. Coach recruiters on advanced sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate assessment, and closing techniques. Contribute to employer branding, talent events, referral initiatives, university partnerships, and continuous improvement projects. Collaborate effectively with India, U.S., and global stakeholders while supporting Availity standards around compliance, security, customer focus, and execution excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including substantial experience recruiting technology and product talent. Proven success hiring for multiple disciplines such as software engineering, product management, data, cloud, platform, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and leadership roles. Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, and pipeline development. Strong experience partnering with senior hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions in a consultative manner. Ability to manage multiple complex and high-priority searches with strong organization, urgency, and attention to detail. Working knowledge of structured interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and closing strategies. Strong analytical capability and experience using recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes. Excellent verbal communication skills, executive presence, and stakeholder management capability. Experience working with an applicant tracking system such as Workday and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting in a healthcare technology, SaaS, PaaS, product engineering, or high-growth technology organization. Experience supporting U.S. or global stakeholders and working across distributed teams. Experience with senior or leadership searches and market intelligence assignments. Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruiting projects without formal people-management responsibility. Knowledge of the Bengaluru and broader India technology talent markets. What Success Looks Like Critical Product and Engineering roles are supported by strong, proactive talent pipelines. Direct sourcing contribution increases while avoidable agency dependency decreases. Hiring leaders receive timely market insights, clear recruiting plans, and reliable execution. Candidate experience, process discipline, and hiring decision quality improve consistently. Recruiters benefit from practical coaching and stronger capability in niche and senior-level hiring. Why Join Availity India? Meaningful impact: Work on solutions that help simplify healthcare administration and support better provider and patient experiences. Global exposure: Partner with U.S. teams and leaders while contributing from India to global business priorities. Learning and growth: Be part of a culture that values continuous learning, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and career development. Strategic influence: Help shape the India talent acquisition model and build scalable recruiting capability. Flexible work experience: Work in a way that supports productivity, collaboration, and team needs across hybrid, remote, and office-based models. Inclusive workplace: Join a casual, collaborative, and inclusive environment where associates are encouraged to bring ideas forward. What to Expect from the Hiring Process Our hiring process is designed to be transparent and engaging. It may include application review, recruiter discussion, hiring manager interviews, functional or case-based assessment, team or leadership conversations, offer discussion, background verification, and onboarding support. Equal Opportunity Statement Availity is committed to building an inclusive workplace where all associates feel valued, respected, and empowered to do their best work. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and encourage individuals who are excited by collaboration, innovation, and meaningful impact to apply. Eligibility Video Camera Usage: Availity fosters a collaborative and open culture where communication and engagement are central to our success. As a remote first company, we are also camera-first and provide all associates with camera/video capability to simulate the office environment. If you are not able to use your camera for all virtual meetings, you should not apply for this role. Having cameras on helps create a more connected, interactive, and productive environment, allowing teams to communicate more effectively and build stronger working relationships. The usage of cameras also enhances security and protects sensitive company information. Video participation is required to ensure that only authorized personnel are present in meetings and to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, preventing social engineering, or the sharing of confidential information with non-participants. We love what we do. More importantly, we love where we do it. If you enjoy talented, positive people who are dedicated to working together to create awesome products and solutions, then Availity is the place for you. The work is challenging but the rewards run deep, as do the opportunities for growth. Come make your mark in a place where you will love what you do.
