Job Description: Principais tarefas e responsabilidades 1. Identificar e reportar as remessas em andamento no dia para os responsáveis, garantindo que as mesmas sejam feitas dentro que está proposto no sistema, sem atrasos. 2. Verificar pendências de informações no Maestro/ Tableau/Power BI e buscar atualização e melhorias contínuas junto aos responsáveis. 3. Enviar relatórios com intuito de manter o controle das coletas e entregas do dia atualizadas em sistema. Sempre buscando identificar possíveis melhorias para estes atrasos de lançamento. 4. Verificar a caixa de e-mail constantemente, para obter informações pertinentes à atualização do Sistema e resposta imediata sobre atualizações a quaisquer interessados. 5. Enviar relatórios semanais - Maestro Performance Proficiency - MPP, Remessas Agendadas e POB/POD em atraso. 6. Avaliar se houve ou não corte de despachos nas cargas e lançar os respectivos atrasos no MAESTRO, conforme informado pelos agentes e/ou equipes envolvidas. Qualificações: Ensino Superior cursando e andamento; Inglês avançado para conversação; Excel avançado - Imprescindivel; Conhecimento em importação e exportação (empresa de courier) de amostras biológicas (diferencial).
