Join Vanguard as a High Net Worth Client Case Representative supporting our Personal Investor clients. This role follows a hybrid work model (in office Tuesday through Thursday). Relationship Building: Grow and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, becoming their trusted resource during pivotal moments.   Expertise and Simplicity: Take the complexity out of financial processes, ensuring clients feel confident and secure.   Autonomy and Empowerment: Enjoy the autonomy of owning the client relationship from start to finish, making decisions that best serve the client's needs.   Base salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 based on relevant experience and licenses held. In addition, eligible candidates will receive a $20,000 licensing bonus for bringing your active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Key Responsibilities As a High Net Worth Client Case Representative, you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients navigating account onboarding, ownership changes, and other complex situations requiring dedicated support. Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients.   Provide expert support during critical moments in clients' financial journeys.   Simplify complex processes and ensure a seamless client experience.   Foster trust and reliability through consistent, high-quality service.   Educate clients on Vanguard's product and service offerings to enhance the client experience and fulfill investment needs.  Required Qualifications Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses at time of hire. 1+ years of experience in financial services. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Client service and relationship management skills.   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.   Ability to manage ambiguity and utilize resources effectively.  Preferred Qualifications Experience managing complex client situations or case-based service interactions. Experience supporting high-net-worth clients. Knowledge of brokerage, retirement, or investment products. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment. This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
