Job Description: Essential Functions: Coordinates and performs the daily functions for supply and equipment distribution for departments as well as shipping services. Notifies departments of order status. Advises essential stakeholders of problems and delays on orders as needed. Acts as a liaison between department leadership, support staff, vendors, and customers to fulfill supply and equipment requests, resolve incorrect orders, invoice discrepancies, shipping and courier services, and vendor returns. Receives and inspects incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness. Education Requirement: High school graduate or equivalent, required.
