General Purpose of Position: Support the daily operation of the digital billboard network, ensure assets function consistently and reliably, provide technical support, equipment handling, and installation support. Additionally, help support shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking of parts and equipment. Responsibilities are but not limited to: Provide technical support (phone) for digital billboard systems Clean, test, and prepare parts for redistribution Help package and ship equipment to field locations and other markets Assist during the installation and maintenance of digital displays Perform basic network troubleshooting and system support Support system buildout, testing, and documentation Create and maintain technical documentation and drawings (as needed) Follow all safety protocols and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support special projects and other duties as assigned Essential OUTFRONT Employee Behaviors: Support and exhibit behavior consistent with the sales and service philosophy of OUTFRONT Media Act with diplomacy as a representative of the OUTFRONT Media and maintain confidentiality as needed. Education, Training and Skills Required: 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred Technical or related education preferred Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) Basic networking knowledge required AutoCAD experience a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability Ability to follow complex instructions with minimal supervision Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass background check Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use of hands and fingers to handle and feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
