Duties can range between sanitation, laundry, and nutritional services. Nutritional Services Technicians perform a variety of functions while preparing, servicing, delivering and cleaning up food. Sanitizes and maintains work area and equipment. This may include washing dishes and pans. Ensuring proper temperatures are maintains while cooking and cleaning. Operates cash register and responsible for the cash flow from the customer. Documents processes and procedures as necessary. Performs inventory and ordering of supplies as necessary. Travel Requirements 20% Delivery and pick-up; dependent upon department need.
