Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, configuration, and monitoring for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including tenant, user, license, and device management.
- Deliver onsite and remote technical support in accordance with service requirements and SLA.
- Monitor service health and prepare periodic reports on incidents and problems.
- Coordinate with users and relevant teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling Microsoft products and solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Microsoft Associate-level certification is preferred.
- Placement South Jakarta (site customer)
