The GCMC service is centered around a private room Level 2 NICU located immediately adjacent to the respective labor and delivery service. Job Duties: Opportunity Details Level 2 NICU; 7 beds 2,000+ deliveries annually Flexible shift combinations (8hr, 16hr, and 24hr shifts) No outpatient clinic Must be an experienced Neonatal Physician Assisant Essential Responsibilities Attending deliveries/delivery room management of all infants less than 35 weeks and other high-risk indications Admissions including history and physical Assessments and ongoing management of current NICU patients Intubation Umbilical line placement Chest tubes Arterial puncture Arterial line placement Ventilator management Others as applicable Position Details: LIVING IN THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING PENNSYLVANIA: There’s a lot that will surprise you about the fifth most populous state in the country.
