Job Description Work Shift: Exciting remote position supporting northern and central Wisconsin facilities! 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with variable days and weekend rotation. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Georgia, Florida, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Utah. Computes radiation dose distributions, generates isodose curves, and documents in the radiation oncology electronic record effectively. May provide direction or assistance with challenging simulation setups or custom treatment devices. Extensive knowledge of radiation, anatomy, normal tissue contouring, medical imaging fusion, and cross-sectional anatomy is required. Consults with and works as a part of a radiation oncology team to deliver individualized treatment. Must be able to perform dosimetry procedures with the department's treatment planning computers and protocols. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Radiation Therapy, Radiation Science, or Radiography and graduation from a Medical Dosimetry Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program of at least 12 months. Will consider new grads or non-certified with two years' experience as a medical dosimetrist. Current Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) consider new grads.
