Provide exceptional phone support by managing incoming calls, addressing patient inquiries, and directing calls appropriately. Perform clerical and administrative duties for multiple departments. Complete data entry, ordering, and timekeeping tasks. Support process improvement initiatives and special projects. Train and orient new staff members. Maintain confidentiality of all patient, staff, and department information.
