Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: OneDigital provides garnishment and verification of employment support for a dedicated client. Most work, research and resolutions to problems may require interaction with multiple systems and vendors. This role will manage and record payments, oversee business to business gift card orders and bulk order requests and must be available during the Client’s Service hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. The individual must have a customer service mindset and will be expected to provide 2nd mile service. Most work can be remote and is under supervision. After hours support, some holidays and over-time may be required to meet goals or guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Core responsibilities will be completed with some supervision and include but are not limited to: Receive, research, and respond or escalate Restaurant garnishments, tax levies, creditor garnishments, and employee verification requests or services timely Leverage systems and software to appropriately research requests and notifications Complete provided documentation or prepare appropriate response back to requestors Monitor Garnishment inbox Research credit card disputes and challenge with corresponding evidence Mail responses to requesters Communicate with staff on non-routine requests for escalation Research, record, and communicate restaurant check count discrepancies. Assist with special projects Perform other additional payroll duties upon request Working hours are 8:00 AM – 5PM EST Monday-Friday undefined Dedicated resources will provide support virtually and join in person r less than 25%. Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: Technology savvy An excellent communicator (listens, speaks, and writes well) Highly organized and process driven Reliable transportation and punctuality is required Welcomes change Education, Training and Experience 1. At least 2 years of experience related to all types of garnishments, tax levies, creditor garnishments, and verification of employment 2. College degree required Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) Other: The ideal Garnishment Specialist for this position tend to perform in a consistent manner, demonstrate patience, develop specialized skills, objective thinker, have a desire to help others, and be a good listener. In addition, this profile pays attention to directives, standards, and details; they think analytically, work independently, are diplomatic with people, use subtle or indirect approaches to conflict; they check for accuracy and use systematic approaches to situations or activities.
