About the Role
We are looking for a welcoming, polished, and detail-oriented Sales Gallery Manager / Receptionist to serve as the face of our showroom in Tashkent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients, delivering an exceptional initial impression, providing engaging project introductions, scheduling site viewings, and accurately managing candidate/client data within our CRM system.
The ideal candidate brings prior experience in premium showroom environments, luxury retail, or upscale hotel reception, combining impeccable presentation with strong client service and communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Greeting & Hosting: Warmly welcome prospective buyers, investors, and guests to the sales gallery, maintaining a high standard of hospitality and professionalism.
- First-Touch Presentation: Deliver compelling initial introductions to our premium real estate projects and showcase key property highlights to visitors.
- Viewing Schedules & CRM Data Entry: Book and coordinate property viewings for the sales team; systematically log all visitor information, inquiries, and interaction notes into the CRM system.
- Gallery Operations: Maintain the aesthetic standards, cleanliness, and readiness of the reception area and showroom facilities at all times.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming showroom phone inquiries, coordinate client hospitality services (beverages/collateral delivery), and assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing reception or host role within a premium real estate showroom, luxury retail store, 5-star hotel front desk, or high-end service environment.
- Appearance & Demeanor: Flawless presentation, professional etiquette, outstanding interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail.
- Languages:
- Fluent in Uzbek (Native or C1/C2 equivalent).
- Fluent in Russian (Native or C1/C2 equivalent).
- Working proficiency in English.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., amoCRM, Bitrix24, or similar) and standard office software.
