Visual Merchandising Execution
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal directives across all assigned stores
- Execute window displays, in-store focal points, mannequins, and product storytelling
Store Support & Coordination
- Work closely with store teams to ensure proper execution of VM guidelines
- Support store openings, renovations, and special projects
Campaign & Promotion Support
- Execute VM for product launches, promotions, and key retail moments (e.g. sales periods, festive campaigns)
- Coordinate VM set-ups for on-ground activations and pop-ups
Performance & Reporting
- Compile VM execution quality and provide feedback to stores
- Provide general administrative support to leadership to optimize day to day team efficiency
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, Graphic Design or related field.
- Strong eye for visual presentation, styling, and detail
- Good understanding of retail KPIs and commercial VM principles
- Willing to learn, hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to read and execute VM guidelines and planograms
- Knowledge of fashion/sports retail trends is an advantag
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
