A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic Key Responsibilities: Day to day monitoring of the network mapping VS the operational reality Support the station opening process by assessing the requirements and proposing the optimal solution while working with all the relevant stakeholders (Finance, Linehaul, Operations) Perform analysis of our network capacity that will drive improvements and highlight opportunities. ( Speed and Cost efficiency) Responsible to maintain the integrity of the parameters related to our network ( E.G. transit Time, sort time, ETC.) Become the pivotal point between IT and OPS for our internal network regarding reporting and new IT innovation. Creates and maintains detailed, up-to-date technical documentation in a team repository. During Peak Season, Become the Command Center Trouble Shooting expert of the internal network Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics, Transportation, Advanced Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Logistics Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Needs to be adaptable and a change catalyst. Need to be available for short-distance travel. (QC-ON region) Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus Why Join Us?
