As a Showroom Consultant based in Norwich, you’ll be responsible for: Utilising design tools to provide an end-to end design and delivery service for bathroom customers Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service to establish and build an understanding of their bathroom requirements Maximising sales through providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge - discussing customer ideas, offering suggestions, describing products, identifying opportunities for extra sales and make judgements on the closest product match to the customer needs Ensuring sales and margins targets are hit through generating leads and closing sales Effectively managing current and prospect customers through quotation and closure of sales orders Building and maintaining relationships with the installers Ensuring the showroom is clean and tidy, representing our product line in a positive way This is a full - time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00am - 5:00pm and every other Saturday morning 08.00am - 12.00pm.
