Job Description 1.專案計畫與管理： -負責與PM共同制定產品專案試製及量產計劃，確保各項目標和里程碑明確。 -監控專案進度:新產品導入，確保符合公司流程, 使新產品順利量產。 -監控量產品ECN變更/久未生產專案管理, 確保正確導入滿足客戶或BU要求。 -監控 NPI專案準時完成率,針對專案時程,成本調整或資源追加提供建議方案呈報主管核準後實施。 2.專案資源協調與管理： -協助分配和管理專案所需的資源，包括人力、物料和設備。 -協助管理試產成品、半成品、原物料報廢與呆滯料庫存金額，降低報廢或呆滯料金額損失。 3.品質控制與改進： -協助處理生產過程中的重大品質異常，確保產品符合公司標準,以便生產順利進行。 -每日執行三現(現場/現物/現時)並參與生產日會，掌握與主導客戶來訪/稽核計畫/重大專案的進度。 -持續進行工作流程優化與標準化, 提升專案管理效率與品質。 -建立 MPM 工作異常Lessons Learned 避免再發。 4.跨部門合作： -與BU、生產、工程、品保等部門合作，確保產品生產符合公司品質標準，成本效益,出貨達成。 -整理會議紀錄，確保專案成員對討論內容與專案進度的共識與進度追踨。 5.客戶/BU溝通主要視窗: -整合工廠內部意見(含SMT/ATP 相關配合單位的資訊及對策)。 -瞭解工廠的生產全流程及全製程,負責客戶Line Tour 參觀工廠介紹說明。 -客戶資訊對接(如MAC/SN/IMEI/入網許可...等申請，或其他客戶特殊需求)。 6.技術領域知識學習： -在專案執行過程中學習應用相關技術領域的知識或解決方案，提升團隊工作品質與產出。 Education Work Experience Language Skills Documentation Generation、 Engineering Change Notice、 Engineering Management、 Failure Reporting Analysis And Corrective Action Systems、 Field Notes、 Flow Visualization、 Forward Engineering、 Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (GD&T)、 Instrumentation Controls、 Knowledge Based Engineering、 Materials Requirements Planning (MRP)、 Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)、 Multidisciplinary Design Optimization、 Plant Commissioning、 Production Planning、 Project Commissioning、 Technical Documents WNC established in 1996, specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of cutting-edge communications products.
