Esta posición trabaja bajo supervisión general y requiere seguir procedimientos de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente durante las operaciones diarias. ¿Qué harás? Ensamblar y conectar piezas y componentes para completar unidades o subensamblajes de acuerdo con instrucciones de trabajo, dibujos de ingeniería y procedimientos establecidos. Inspeccionar productos y realizar mediciones críticas según los requisitos definidos en los procedimientos operacionales y estándares de calidad. Operar herramientas manuales pequeñas, como alicates, destornilladores, martillos y llaves, manteniendo los requisitos establecidos de calidad y seguridad. Completar de forma precisa la documentación requerida durante el proceso de manufactura, siguiendo las buenas prácticas de documentación. Identificar, comunicar y detener procesos cuando exista una condición que pueda generar una no conformidad del producto, informando oportunamente al personal correspondiente. Cumplir con los procedimientos aplicables de calidad, seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente, incluyendo los requisitos relacionados con el manejo de desperdicios peligrosos. Ejecutar tareas repetitivas y rotaciones entre estaciones de trabajo, siguiendo instrucciones documentadas o verbales y manteniendo los estándares establecidos para cada operación. Participar en adiestramientos y actividades de seguridad y medio ambiente, reportando incidentes o desviaciones y siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos ante emergencias. ¿Qué necesitas? Requerido Diploma de escuela superior o equivalente. Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos, dibujos de ingeniería e instrucciones de ensamblaje. Conocimientos básicos de matemáticas, lectura y escritura. Conocimientos básicos de computadoras. Capacidad para operar herramientas manuales pequeñas utilizadas en procesos de ensamblaje. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
