The SP vision is to nurture, love and introduce every child to God.
About Smartplay Marsden Park
SmartPlay Early Learners Marsden Park provides quality care and education within an Early Learning Service for children aged 3-5 years. We also provide an OSHC service for school-aged children at Australian Christian College Marsden Park, including before-school and after-school care and vacation care.
Exciting plans are also underway for the relocation of the service to a new purpose-built 140-place Early Learning Centre on a neighbouring property over the next two years, more than doubling the current service.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood leader. As Nominated Supervisor and Centre Director, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a passionate team, shape a strong and positive centre culture, build meaningful relationships with families, and help drive the continued growth of the service.
Supported by SmartPlay’s National Head Office team and Australian Christian College Marsden Park, you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have the backing, resources and support to lead with confidence while still having the autonomy to make the centre your own.
Alongside overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, including staffing, compliance, administration, budgets and health and safety, your focus will be on building a high-performing team and creating an exceptional early learning environment where children are well known, well loved and well taught.
With plans underway for a new 140-place Early Learning Centre at Marsden Park, this is a unique opportunity to join SmartPlay at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in shaping the future of the service.
The position commences as soon as possible.
