Job Family: Administration Support and Clerical Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: As a Loan Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day lender service operations including one or more of the following loan servicing functions: Daily/Monthly electronic disbursements Document processing Payment calculations Security redemptions Review daily balance activity Remittance reconciliation Monitoring industry performance/adherence with stated agreements Monitoring audit artifacts You will be responsible for selecting the appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures and/or make simple adaptions and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. You will be able to escalate any recognized issues. What You Will Need: Highschool Diploma/GED minimum education 1 or more years of work experience U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.
