What you'll do
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule delivery appointments and follow-up calls
- Follow up with clients who haven't responded
- Invite clients to share honest feedback through Google reviews
- Keep appointment records and call notes accurate
What you get
- $16/hour plus a $25 employee bonus per Google review (eligibility requirements apply)
- Weekly W-2 pay, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, no evenings or weekends

What you need
- 1+ year of appointment-setting, call-center, or phone-based customer service experience
- A clear, friendly phone manner and strong organization
