The Shareowner Transaction Specialist will be responsible for completing shareholder transactions for Lost Securities, Ownership Change, Plan DRS and Data Maintenance that have SEC deadlines and Client specific SLAs. Securities Operations Service Specialist/Financial Transactions Processor Essential Functions/Responsibilities Opening and prepping mail to be imaged into our processing system Creating and indexing work items once scanned Processing securities transactions Assisting with miscellaneous operations duties to meet SLA’s Works under minimal supervision following established procedures and exercises some judgement within guidelines to complete transactions Performs a variety of operational tasks for complex securities or cash related transactions that require extensive knowledge of unit functions and systems. Differentiating, processing, and reconciling transactions; researching inquiries, reviewing time sensitive and/or complex documents Provides back-up to other desks and may provide training to junior level staff Maintaining a high level of accuracy despite complex transactions and periods of high volume Education Requirements Graduate Experience Requirements 3+ years of experience in or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center.
