Job Summary Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, fostering strong client relationships and proactively addressing their needs. Lead regular client meetings to discuss account performance, growth opportunities, and hiring strategies. Train, mentor, and monitor ACPs to ensure compliance with company standards and alignment with client expectations. Set clear performance goals for ACPs, focusing on job volume growth, client satisfaction, and gross profit. Identify and resolve compliance issues promptly, ensuring that service delivery aligns with industry regulations and client requirements. Analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights, supporting data-informed decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations on account performance, profitability, and compliance metrics for internal and client review. Use Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and if-then functions) and CRM/ATS systems to manage and analyze data.
