We’re looking for an Agentic Engineer to help a client make Claude its operating agent across the systems it already uses. You’ll build the data foundation, connect Claude to the client’s ERP, analytics and work-management tools through MCP, and ship the skills the team uses every day. You’ll work in a pair with an Agentic Process Consultant, take priorities from the client’s product owner, and have AspenView’s architects review your work.

What you will do:

Data Foundation

• Build the entity and ownership model in Microsoft Fabric on Business Central data, covering a few dozen legal entities and their owners.
• Set one clear definition for each KPI.
• Resolve data quality and reconciliation issues before the first skill ships.

Agentic Integration (MCP)

• Connect Claude to Business Central, Fabric, Power BI and monday.com through MCP.
• Use official MCP servers where they exist, and build small custom ones where they don’t.
• Build connections that don’t exist yet, including one for the client’s compliance automation tool.

Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Run the transformation with the client’s product owner: backlog, two-week sprints and demos.
• Move through the phases: discovery, a pilot, then redesign of the remaining blocks before they’re built.

Skills Development & Cost Management

• Build, test and version the skills the team runs: close and consolidation checks, a tax deadline calendar, investment committee packs, asset reporting, and automatic monday.com updates.
• Build on AspenView’s agentic patterns for skill structure, MCP setup and evaluation.
• Make token and subscription costs visible per team, using budgets, model routing and caching.

Security, Governance & Handover

• Implement the access model designed with AspenView’s architects: Entra ID sign-in, role-based access, read-first connections, a named approver on every write, and a full audit log.
• Train the client’s internal owner as you build.
• Hand over documented skills so the client can run and extend them on their own.

Tools & Technologies:

• Platforms & Infrastructure: Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics 365), monday.com, Copilot Studio, Power Automate or Logic Apps (preferred).
• Security & Governance: Entra ID, OAuth, least-privilege access, role-based access, approval workflows, audit logging, GDPR or data protection by design (preferred).
• Data & AI: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Claude (Skills, Projects, Agent SDK, Claude Code), MCP servers and connectors.
• Development & Integration: Python or TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, monday.com GraphQL API (preferred)

What you bring: Experience:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience modeling and querying finance data across many legal entities in Fabric, Power BI or a similar platform, and working with ERP data from Business Central, Dynamics 365 or similar (APIs, tables, reconciliation).
• Engineering: Strong Python or TypeScript plus SQL, enough to build a connector, a data check or a calculation script from scratch, and experience integrating systems securely with OAuth, least privilege and logging.
• Claude / Agentic: You’ve built with Claude beyond chat, using Skills or Projects, MCP connections, or the Claude Agent SDK and Claude Code.
• Consulting / Leadership: You can explain a design to a non-technical executive, own the technical side as the only engineer on the client side, and train an internal owner to take over.
• Languages: Strong English and working Spanish.
• Mindset: Hands-on, rigorous about testing, aware of costs, discreet with sensitive data, and comfortable building what doesn’t exist yet.
• Nice to have: An LLM tool or custom MCP server running in production for real users; experience with agent evaluation and LLM cost control; consolidation, portfolio or investment data; Microsoft certifications (DP-600, PL-300, AZ-204, SC-300); background in wealth management, private banking or fund administration.
