About the role

As Civil Engineer, you will lead the technical delivery of hospitality construction and renovation projects across the Group's portfolio, from design coordination to handover. • Make sure every project meets the technical standards of our brand partners and the needs of hotel operations at handover.

Site supervision and quality

  • Supervise works on site, ensuring they follow drawings, technical specifications, building permits and Greek construction regulations.
  • Lead site meetings, inspections and quality checks, and manage snag lists through to completion.
  • Make sure health and safety plans are followed on every site, working with the safety engineer and contractors.

Technical coordination

  • Coordinate architects, structural and MEP engineers and other consultants so design and technical issues are resolved quickly.
  • Review drawings, method statements and technical submittals, including MEP systems and infrastructure works.
  • Check and certify contractor measurements, payment claims and variations.

Reporting and governance

  • Prepare clear, structured reports for leadership on progress, cost, risks and forecasts.
  • Identify project risks early and propose practical solutions.
  • Keep project documentation, permits and as built records complete and up to date.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations and Greek building regulations.
  • Working knowledge of MEP systems and infrastructure works.
