Job Title: Machine Operator - 1st Shift Job Description: The Role Entegris is currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our team. This position will be based in our Reno, NV facility.   What You’ll Do Safely set up, operate, monitor, and perform basic adjustments on manufacturing equipment in accordance with standardized work instructions, safety requirements, and production standards. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues, perform tooling and component changes, and communicate operational, maintenance, and quality concerns to appropriate personnel. Conduct routine quality checks, sample finished products, complete required documentation, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Maintain efficient production by monitoring multiple processes, minimizing downtime and material waste, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Mix, weigh, measure, and process raw materials and chemicals according to batch sheets and product specifications, using basic mathematical calculations and unit conversions as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety, environmental, and housekeeping requirements, including but not limited to transport and disposal of hazardous chemicals and wastes. Other responsibilities as assigned in support of the overall organization.
