PEOPLE & OPS
At SEI, we value our employees and believe in driving growth through change. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to designated senior executives while also contributing to select team and organizational priorities. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The Executive Assistant will develop a working understanding of the executives they support, their business priorities, major initiatives, operating rhythms, and key stakeholder relationships. That context will enable them to anticipate needs, connect information, coordinate effectively, and ensure executives are prepared and focused on their highest priorities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent judgment, exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to operate with discretion in a dynamic environment. They will combine outstanding executive support with curiosity, learning agility, and a practical ability to use AI and other digital tools to improve productivity and ways of working. This role follows a hybrid schedule and is expected to work from our Oaks, Pennsylvania office three days per week. What you will do: Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, helping them operate effectively and remain focused on their highest priorities. Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel, expenses, meeting coordination, and other executive logistics. Develop an understanding of executive and business priorities to anticipate needs, recognize connections, conflicts, or dependencies, and proactively coordinate with the right people, and help ensure follow-through. Support meeting preparation and information flow by coordinating agendas and materials, engaging the appropriate content owners, and ensuring executives have the information they need. Provide logistical and administrative support for select team and organizational priorities, particularly where centralized coordination creates efficiency. Build strong relationships across SEI and serve as a reliable point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders. Use AI and other digital tools to streamline workflows, organize and synthesize information, support meeting preparation and follow-up, and improve productivity. Maintain professionalism, discretion, and strict confidentiality with sensitive information. What we need from you: Experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the Executive Vice President, C-suite, or comparable level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to interact effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization. Strong judgment and situational awareness, with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and determine when to act independently or engage others. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, travel, expenses, and executive logistics. Experience preparing and organizing presentations, briefing materials, and content for executive or board-level meetings. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using AI-enabled tools in day-to-day work, with curiosity and learning agility to continue expanding how technology can improve ways of working. Ability and willingness to develop a practical understanding of business priorities, initiatives, and stakeholder relationships to provide proactive and effective support. A flexible and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to ask questions, offer ideas, and identify more effective ways of working. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. SEI’s competitive advantage: To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits including comprehensive care for your physical and mental well-being, a strong retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, support for working parents and flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.
