As a Trade Professional - HVAC, a typical day might include the following: Owning relationships with assigned foremen and/or other trade professionals to efficiently complete projects and work orders. Planning and managing projects with accurate records while also operating equipment used in the installation, repair and maintenance of building systems. Managing equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of items required to complete the necessary installation and/or repair. Responding to emergency situations during or after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns. Following and promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety, environmental practices, area processes, and waste reduction opportunities. This job might be for you if you: Have an HVAC Excellence or NATE Certification EPA Refrigeration Certification Minimum Type II or acquire within 6 months of employment. Are skilled at initiating, building and maintaining healthy relationships with co-workers while keeping the overall goals of the company in mind. Can read, understand, follow, and strictly enforce safety procedures. Are able to work various shifts, hours, and days depending on workload.
