Job Summary As a Manager, Software Engineering at NCR VOYIX, you will lead a team of talented software engineers in the design, development, and delivery of innovative software solutions. Job Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in a relevant technology stack (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP). • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing software engineering teams. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects from conception to production. • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and scalable system design. • Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Ability to balance technical expertise with effective people management and strategic thinking. • Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development is highly desirable. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
