Plan and run the gamification calendar (tournaments, seasonal events, promo activations) in line with CRM and Marketing plans;

Track campaign performance (participation, retention, deposits, NGR, ROI) and optimize based on data and A/B test results;

Experience you’ll need to bring:

1+ years in Gamification, CRM, or Retention within iGaming;

Hands-on experience with Smartico gamification modules (must have);

Track record of launching gamification campaigns end-to-end, from idea and setup to results analysis;

Comfortable working with campaign KPIs and A/B test results; confident with Excel/Google Sheets;
-
Solid understanding of bonus mechanics and reward economics (wagering, reward cost, ROI);

Experience with LATAM markets will be a plus;

Intermediate English or higher.
