Responsibilities Perform duties necessary for preparing bills, invoices and statements for payment. Follow up on discrepancies and maintains customer files. Receives validation and entry documents. Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. May update or recommend improvements to internal processes. Other operational duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications 1 year of prior operations experience required Computer literate (Microsoft Office), professional phone etiquette Must be able to use various office machines and equipment Must be able to pass background check & drug screen Be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere.
