Key Responsibilities - Operate, monitor, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment to achieve output targets. - Conduct online equipment adjustments and optimize processes to maintain production efficiency. - Perform quality control evaluations on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve nonstandard events in the production line to ensure stable operations. - Collaborate with the Manufacturing Operations Manager and team peers to meet production schedules and escalate risks when necessary. - Support installation, qualification, and maintenance of new or reused production equipment. - Maintain accurate production logs and required documentation per Standard Operating Procedures. - Drive cost and quality improvements and assist in incorporating process enhancements. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Practical Engineer in a relevant technical field such as Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Hardware Engineering with hands-on experience gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training. Proficiency in technical English to interpret manuals, document logs, and communicate effectively. Ability to work in a demanding 12-hour shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Relevant technical experience in a semiconductor cleanroom environment (FAB/SORT). Hands-on expertise in operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
