What professionals in this area typically do: Act as a technical point of contact between customers, suppliers, and sales teams Support customers with technical expertise and product selection Drive demand creation across Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive and Power Supply technologies Build and develop strong technical relationships with customers and suppliers Support customer projects from initial concept and design through implementation Develop technical initiatives and solutions based on customer requirements Work closely with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities Participate in supplier training and stay up to date with new technologies and products We would love to hear from professionals who have: Experience working with electronic products, components, or related technologies A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or comparable technical education or professional experience Knowledge of the electronics market Experience as a technical point of contact for customers, suppliers, or internal teams Knowledge of Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive, Power Supply, or related electronic technologies Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills A customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset Willingness to travel when required Good Polish and English language skills Residence in Poland Why Arrow?
