We are looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist in Spain, to join our Össur Iberia team, combining clinical expertise with the opportunity to develop a dynamic commercial territory in East Spain. You will join a stable and close-knit Iberian team of 7 colleagues across Spain and Portugal, bringing together clinical, technical and commercial expertise. With each team member based within their territory, you will have real autonomy while remaining closely connected to the wider team. Where your work will matter This is not a purely clinical role and it is not traditional sales either. You will be the key point of contact for customers across your territory, developing long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities and strengthening our presence in the region. Your clinical background will remain central to the role. You will work directly with O&P professionals, visiting prescribers, providing technical expertise, delivering product demonstrations and supporting clinical and patient trials. At the same time, you will take ownership of your territory, combining customer development with active prospecting in a particularly dynamic market. You will work across our product portfolio, giving you the opportunity to develop broad expertise and support customers across different needs. You will also : Support customer training and technical presentations. Respond to technical enquiries and clinical feedback, helping customers identify appropriate solutions. Share customer feedback, market insights, and opportunities with the wider Iberian Sales and Technical team. Continuously develop your clinical and technical product knowledge. Travel regularly within your territory and, when required, to other locations for training and meetings. What will help you succeed You may currently be working as a CPO / Orthotist-Prosthetist, physiotherapist or in a related clinical field and feel ready to take your expertise in a new direction. You don't need to be a highly experienced salesperson or a top clinical expert. We are looking for someone with enough professional and clinical experience to be credible with customers and confident during product and patient trials, combined with a genuine appetite for customer development and sales. You will probably feel at home in this role if you: Have professional experience within O&P, rehabilitation, a clinical environment or a related medical device field. Enjoy building strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals. Are interested in business development and comfortable with prospecting. Can communicate clinical and technical information clearly and confidently. Are proactive, organized and comfortable taking ownership of your work. Enjoy working independently while being part of a multicultural team. Are flexible to travel, typically up to 50–60% of your time. Location: The position covers Spain with a strong focus on East Spain. Given the territory and level of customer interaction, being based within this area would be preferable.
