Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Guadalajara. Reporting to the Business Manager, Customer Service Representative role involves is in charge of communicating with customers and deal with customer's inquiries. What a typical day looks like: Follow up on po.s placed by sites with GBS team Po. confirmation ensuring that prices, quantity, MPN and DC are correct Ensure deliveries are done per required confirmations and need dates Support reschedule of orders such as pull ins, push outs, cancellations Execute po. management, splits and other key updates Drive escalations if needed Coordinate shipments with sites Work closely with BD Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing a comprehensive and high-quality services for all customer needs Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions. Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English, and minimize the use of jargon to best ensure customer comprehension In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results KPIs. Monitoring of customer demand, reception of purchase orders and coordination with material and production control for the manufacture of the models requested as a priority by the customer Involve in CFT, Operations and customer meetings. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) Advanced English Required to be a self-starter with strong organization and planning skills Excel skills to perform pivot tables, vlookups, and ability to work on shared files Strong oral and written communication skills Experience in similar position Experience interacting with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
