Working within a collaborative team environment, this role is responsible for converting assigned opportunities and retention-risk cases into retained and growing relationships, combining product education with in-the-moment advice and recommendations for clients who do not require or qualify for dedicated wealth services. Success in this role depends on responsiveness, sales execution and the ability to build trust quickly with clients who may be actively considering moving assets elsewhere. Key Responsibilities and Duties Engages clients primarily through two channels: assigned leads generated by internal lead-generation processes, and proactive outreach to retain clients identified as at risk of moving assets to another provider. Fields inbound calls and assigned lead follow-ups, quickly identifies financial needs and retention risk, and develops tailored recommendations based on goals, risk profile, liquidity needs and tax considerations. Develops and manages a sales and retention pipeline, driving assigned leads and at-risk accounts through to close, and assisting clients with funding, rollovers and account establishment to retain and grow assets. Meets or exceeds performance goals including asset retention, asset growth, lead conversion rates, advice sessions, voice of the client surveys and overall productivity. Serves as a key contributor to the wealth referrals engine, identifying clients with complex needs and making timely referrals to Wealth Advisors and internal partners.
