As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance operation, oversee apartment turns and preventative maintenance, manage vendors and budgets, and develop a high-performing team.
What We Offer

- Expected pay of $80,000-$90,000 annually plus a 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a maintenance team.
- Oversee preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and daily maintenance operations.
- Communicate maintenance and capital improvement needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with AIR standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and team members.
What You Have
- At least 3 years of maintenance and facilities management experience within the property management industry.
- 1+ years of leadership experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
- Ability and willingness to perform physical work as needed.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
