3+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira in a mid-size or large organization. Strong knowledge of Jira configuration: workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, and automation. Proficiency in JQL and building dashboards and reports. Working understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ITSM practices. Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence.
