Key Responsibilities
Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication and policy reviews
Work toward individual sales goals that contribute to agency growth
Develop a strong understanding of insurance products, services, and compliance requirements
Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and development sessions
Qualifications
Ideal candidates are professional, proactive, and eager to succeed:
At least one year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting sales conversations
Willing to learn, accept feedback, and apply new coaching
A Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is a plus, or willingness to obtain required licensing
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
