As the Senior Integrated Media Manager - BWS you will play a key leadership role within our Marketing & Communications, responsible for shaping and delivering the overarching BWS media strategy, driving effective planning, buying, and optimisation across all paid media channels and integrated campaigns. 

Contributing as an integral member of the BWS Marketing Leadership Team, you will lead a high-performing internal media team and manage strategic partnerships with our media agencies and platforms like Google and Meta. 

You will champion media effectiveness by leveraging Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and first-party data to grow omnichannel sales, increase media ROI, and deliver marketing's traffic contribution to our eCommerce business.

Here's a taster of the responsibilities:

• Deliver the BWS media strategy, ensuring effective planning, buying, and optimisation across all paid channels and integrated campaigns.
• Lead day-to-day management of media agencies and strategic digital partners (including Google and Meta) while driving best-in-class media execution.
• Own the paid media budget and lead the monthly media reconciliation process across media agencies, direct media partners, and finance.
• Drive total media effectiveness by leveraging Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to continuously enhance media contribution to sales and marketing ROI.
• Evolve BWS’s use of first-party (1P) data to support growth and retention strategies. Partner with Performance Marketing and Media Technology teams to forecast and optimize traffic contributions to eCommerce.
• Create a culture of continuous testing and optimisation, using MMM and consumer insights to lead ongoing reviews and refinements of media plans.
• Lead all media WIPs, post-campaign reporting, annual briefs, and campaign briefs, while tracking competitor activity and delivering monthly competitive reporting.
• Lead and inspire direct and indirect team members by role-modelling EDG Values and Ways of Working, empowering teams to work collaboratively end-to-end with a customer-first mindset.

Now let’s talk about you: 

• You bring 8+ years of extensive experience within a marketing or media agency environment, with a proven understanding of end-to-end integrated media planning and management across data and digital channels.
• Proven experience utilizing marketing analytics and Media Mix Modelling (MMM) to inform strategy and evaluate campaign effectiveness (digital attribution experience is highly regarded).
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with advanced budget management skills and experience overseeing large-scale media investments and reconciliation processes.
• Proven capability and resilience navigating complex matrix organisations, with strong influencing skills to collaborate across senior leadership, retail brands, suppliers, and agency partners.
• A curious and analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An authentic, values-led leader who fosters an inclusive culture, encourages creative ideas, and motivates teams to embrace change.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or an equivalent discipline.
