Responsibilities Sales Activities: Drive sales growth through all available means, including conducting business meetings at UNIQLO stores and at client locations, and expanding sales channels in collaboration with other departments such as the Marketing Department. Carefully listen to customers’ requests—including the background of their inquiry and intended use—and, based on that, propose the uniforms that best meet their needs by selecting the optimal items from UNIQLO’s product lineup, the most suitable features (such as AIRism or Blocktech), and the best design (including logo printing methods). Even when competing against rivals, make optimal proposals tailored to customer needs to ensure they choose UNIQLO. Order Processing: Once the client has decided to proceed, we will receive the order from them. Inventory Confirmation and Allocation: We collaborate with multiple internal departments—including product planning and inventory control—to secure the inventory required to fulfill the customer’s order. Customization: We coordinate with partner factories both inside and outside the company to process the customization requested by the customer (such as logo embroidery or printing). Management for Delivery and Payment: To ensure delivery to the customer by the requested or agreed-upon deadline, you will notify the relevant department personnel regarding shipping and delivery. After delivery, you will handle the entire process, from payment completion to post-delivery follow-up. Proposing Items Suited to the Season (or Events) (Promoting Repeat Purchases): Since these are garments, the optimal items vary by season and event. You will propose seasonally appropriate items not only in response to company events—such as an increase in the number of employees—but also to ensure employees can work comfortably in UNIQLO uniforms throughout the year, thereby encouraging repeat purchases. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is preferred. Further education in Sales, Retail Management, Marketing, or Business Administration is an advantage. Relevant 5 years experience in B2B, corporate sales, wholesale, account management, or business development is preferred; experience in retail, fashion/apparel, or a multinational environment is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and coordinate multiple stakeholders from initial inquiry through delivery and payment. Customer-oriented mindset, with strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
