Job Description - Customer & Order Processing Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, brokers, distributors, and internal departments to investigate and resolve complex issues. Ensure accurate processing, shipping, and invoicing of customer orders. Analyze orders for compliance with client requirements and cut-off times. Maintain and update customer master data, including new account setups and changes. Use client-specific tools to manage daily operational tasks and ensure service delivery meets agreed metrics. Perform orders quality check Reporting & Documentation Prepare and submit monthly reports and audit-related documentation. Assist the Assistant Manager in compiling and submitting reports. Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls (SOX). Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working procedures. Cross-functional Support Support credit control activities in collaboration with the Assistant Manager. Respond to ad hoc requests from business groups and local units. Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions. Team Collaboration & Training Train and mentor junior team members on daily tasks and procedures. Maintain and develop strong relationships with relevant markets and major customers. Act as a bridge between customers, outside sales, and internal departments to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
