The Role

You are the engineer our customers actually talk to. Most of your week is spent on calls with design engineers and QA leads at architecture and engineering firms: walking them through the platform, watching how they use it, and listening hard to what gets in their way.

After the calls, you consolidate what you heard into concrete features and fixes. Then you go and build them. You close the loop yourself, from a customer's complaint to a merged pull request, and you tell them when it ships.

A Typical Week

• • Monday: onboard a new structural team, walk them through their first drawing set review
• • Tuesday: two feedback calls, then write up the recurring asks as scoped tickets
• • Wednesday and Thursday: build the top fix, open the pull request, iterate with the team
• • Friday: ship it, message the customers who asked for it, and plan next week's calls
