Position Overview
We’re building the best internal creative agency in the world and looking for a Social & Content Executive to help lead how our brands show up on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. You’ll own global content planning across multiple brands, turn culture and community sentiment into ideas that convert, and pick up the camera yourself when the brief calls for it. You’re culturally switched on, craft-driven and at your best when you’re turning a scroll-stopping idea into content that performs.

Position Impact
This is a seat with real ownership. You’ll be the eyes and ears of our brands on social, running global channels day to day and setting the content agenda across dozens of markets, with real budgets and real audiences. You’ll own Creator Studio and our brand tone of voice, working side by side with Design, Digital, Brand Marketing, Brand Engagement and Creator teams. Some people in this role lean into strategy and some into making, but ideas sit at the centre of the job either way. It’s a proving ground for future Creative and Management & Strategy leaders inside ZURU Creative.
How you’ll help us grow
Generate bold, culturally tuned content ideas that make our brands impossible to ignore, not just plans and calendars
Lead global content strategy and planning across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook
Manage our global social channels day to day, tracking performance, sentiment and engagement trends
Turn performance and competitor insight into the next round of ideas, not just a slide deck
Make as well as manage: shoot, script or edit content yourself when the brief calls for it
Own Creator Studio: brief, approve and fold creator content into the wider plan with Brand Engagement
Own brand tone of voice, writing on-brand copy for social, retailer sites and point of sale
Brief Design teams and guide localisation of content, copy and creator campaigns for key markets
