We are looking for an experienced System Analyst IT (ECP Payroll) to support, maintain and enhance our payroll technology environment.
Working closely with Payroll, People & Culture and Finance, this role will take ownership of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) support and enhancements, while also providing foundational support across SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Key responsibilities:
- Support and enhance SAP ECP to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Deliver payroll system upgrades, statutory changes and continuous improvements.
- Configure payroll schemas, personnel calculation rules, wage types and payroll controls.
- Maintain integrations across Employee Central, ECP, time management and finance systems.
- Troubleshoot payroll, replication and interface issues through root-cause analysis.
- Support testing, change management, releases and system upgrades.
- Partner with Payroll, People & Culture, Finance and external SAP support providers.
- Maintain system controls, access, documentation and compliance requirements.
- SAP Employee Central Payroll certification is essential.
- 3+ years’ experience supporting or implementing SAP ECP or SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and configuration.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central to ECP integrations and data replication.
- Working knowledge of Employee Central core configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience with multi-country payroll, time and attendance, finance integration, ABAP, ServiceNow or complex payroll environments such as mining will be highly regarded.
