About Process The Global Technology Services is looking for an IT talent to be part of Corporate System Operation team with a demonstrated expertise in Application Development, Leading database design, and strong PL/SQL development experience. The candidate should be expert in Java based application design, development, implement and operationization. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with an aptitude for problem solving, ownership mindset, questioning the status-quo, challenge taking, independent thinking, constant learning, and analytical thinking. Key Responsibilities & Experience Range Having 8+ Years of experience in Database development using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, designing Data model, and performance tuning skillset. Have demonstrated ability to translate business requirements in a technical design and through to implementation. Ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development teams across continents. Experience. Key experiences are: Deep knowledge of OLTP and OLAP concept Expertise in designing ERD Experienced in Data Modeling to achieve high performance Experienced in Core RDBMS concept and implementation: RDMBS architecture, Database Normalization, Tuning, etc. Experienced in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Concept/experienced in application development preferably with Java Primary Skills (Must Have) Database developer Oracle SQL, PL/SQL Database tuning Agile Scrum.
