HR Operations & Services Lead EMEA.

FULL TIMESENIOR LEVELPEOPLE & OPS

JOIN ENVALIOR. IMAGINE THE FUTURE!

Are you an experienced HR Operations leader who thrives on making complex things work better? Do you combine a passion for people and service with the drive to transform processes, introduce smart technology and build a future-ready organization?

At Envalior, we are looking for an HR Operations & Services Lead EMEA to shape and lead our regional HR Operations and Services organization. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can keep critical services running reliably today while redesigning them for tomorrow.

You will lead HR Operations and Services across Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and other European Envalior entities. Working at the intersection of people, processes, payroll, data and technology, you will create a simpler, more consistent and employee-focused service experience across the region. The role reports to the Global Director HR Operations & Services.

At Envalior, the future is not simply anticipated. It is shaped. We value people who take ownership, challenge established ways of working and turn ideas into practical, sustainable improvements. Our culture is built around safety, sustainability, collaboration, empowerment and innovation.

IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As our HR Operations & Services Lead EMEA, you will have two equally important missions.

First, you will ensure that essential HR services, including payroll administration and core employee lifecycle processes, are delivered accurately, on time and in compliance with local requirements. Employees, managers and HR colleagues should experience HR Operations as professional, accessible and easy to work with.

Second, you will lead the next stage of our transformation. You will help build a connected, scalable and digitally enabled EMEA service organization, with harmonized processes, clear service standards, strong controls, meaningful data and an active continuous-improvement culture.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to maintain existing processes. It is for a leader who enjoys improving them, bringing people with them and translating technology into tangible value.

In a nutshell, you will:

  • Lead HR Operations & Services across EMEA, delivering outstanding support to employees, managers and HR colleagues.
  • Shape a more connected, efficient and scalable service organisation across multiple European countries.
  • Drive process simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen payroll governance, service quality and operational excellence.
  • Accelerate digitalisation, automation and responsible AI adoption.
  • Coach and develop a geographically diverse team, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous learning.

These accountabilities reflect the internal role profile’s focus on service excellence, standardization, payroll and vendor governance, scalability, digitalization and regional team leadership.
