We’re looking for a Fund Change Jr. Business Advisor to join our GAWS team at MGS. In this role, you are expected to process and review contract-level financial transactions, including fund changes and related activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to service level agreements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to delivering efficient, high-quality operational services. Position Responsibilities: Process and analyze contract-level financial transactions, including fund changes, swaps, and IAT activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established SLAs. Handle a variety of retirement operations work types such as plan inquiries, client inventory requests, fund mailings, and fund-related transactions. Perform quality reviews and approvals on financial transactions, fund changes, plan amendments, and uncashed items within delegated authority limits. Manage fund change operations, including mailbox administration, gatekeeping activities, and PBC approval processes. Provide cross-functional support across Member, Payroll, and Sponsor services while collaborating with teams to resolve operational issues. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) by supporting cross-training, knowledge sharing, and operational guidance within the team. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, monitoring trends, preparing operational reports, escalating system issues, and recommending solutions to enhance service quality, productivity, and efficiency. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in desktop computer systems and transaction processing tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Preferred Qualifications: Above-average communication skills. Strong team orientation and collaboration.
